Can I Get a Witness?

Can I Get a Witness?

There’s a saying that goes, “Integrity is what you do when no one is looking.”

I suppose there’s some truth to that. But for someone who claims to be a Jesus-follower, that’s not enough.

Everyday we live our lives.

We make decisions.

We have conversations.

We live.

But it’s not the things we do behind closed doors that measures our integrity (unless what goes on behind closed doors is exposed to the public).

It’s what we do as we live our lives.

As we make decisions.

As we have conversations.

It’s important that we have integrity when we’re behind closed doors. But …

… it’s who we are, what we say, and what we do that’s being watched.

We “speak” our testimony to the world moment by moment: integrity is when what we claim about ourselves manages to line up with our lives.

Join us for this week’s Conversation as we explore how we’re building our testimonies one decision at a time.
