SECURED AREAS
RCC Kids takes place in a secured area.
ELECTRONIC CHECK-IN
You may check your child in at any check-in station in the Preschool or Children’s area. After checking your child in, you will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you keep the matching tag. The child’s tag also contains the parent’s cell number as well as additional information such as allergies.
After the service, you will return to the Children’s area and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you. Parents may choose to send their badge with a family member or friend to pick up their child.
In the event that we need to contact you during the service, you will receive a call or text message. Please turn your phone to vibrate in the service so that we are able to reach you if needed.
WELLNESS
Children who have shown signs of fever, vomiting, or other contagious illness should be symptom-free for 24 hours before coming to RCC Kids.
